During the festival periods, Koebi-tai’s role as art receptionist is very crucial in connecting art with visitors to the islands. That is the frontier of the art festival!

Of the many things for Koebi-tai members to look forward to is the social exchange with many visitors who come to Setouchi from all around the world, and with the fellow Koebi-tai members who work together at the reception.

Come and join us, for many days, everywhere!

We need at least 40 participants every day during the festival periods. Let’s work together to make the Setouchi Triennale a success!

１．In case of meeting at Takamatsu Port

Ⅳ．Clothes・Things To Carry

□ Clothes that are comfortable and appropriate for our activities：long sleeves, long pants, sneakers（No sandals or heeled shoes・You must wear socks）
□ Lunch
□ Drinks for hydration
□ Hat
□ Towel
□ UV Protection (sunscreen, etc.)
□ Health insurance card (To participants from overseas: please make sure that you have purchased travel insurance before coming)
□ Koebi name badge（if available）

*For activities at the Shima Kitchen and Cafe SHIYORU, please keep your hands clean (for example, please pay attention to your manicure and length of fingernails.) If you have long hair, please tie it up.

・Giving explanations, instructions and caution

③ Closing procedures

④ Activity Report・Accounting for transactions
Reporting on the activities and preparing for the next day

3．Cafe・Restaurant

These are the activities at cafe SHIYORU on Oshima, and Shima Kitchen on Teshima.

① Opening procedures ・Cleaning
② Showing customers to their tables
③ Serving food
④ Washing dishes
⑤ Helping with food preparation, etc.

Ⅵ．Daily Schedule（in case of Megijima）

7:10　Meeting and morning assembly in front of Shinji Ohmaki’s artwork, Takamatsu Port
8:00　Boarding a ferry and heading to Megijima（Our staff members will hand you the ferry tickets.)
9:00 – 16:30 Receiving visitors for art exhibits
17:20 Boarding a ferry and heading to Takamatsu Port
17:45 Reporting activities of the day and accounting for transactions at Koebi Office
18:00　Dismissal

Ⅶ．Application for Activity Participation

If you have already applied to stay at the Koebi Dormitory, you do not need to apply for our activities separately. The Koebi Office will arrange the activities for you.

If you intend to arrange your own accommodation instead of staying at the Koebi Dormitory, please register to enroll in our activities by referring to the instructions below (note: the application platform is in Japanese).
