瀬戸内国際芸術祭2025の各島での作品受付等の活動です。
※10月15日(水)は豊島での活動はお休みです。
■ 活動場所
[高松港集合] 女木島・男木島・小豆島・大島のいずれか
■ 活動内容
①作品受付
・作品鑑賞パスポートの確認
・入館料の徴収・来島者への案内、誘導
・注意事項等の説明
②豊島:島キッチンの手伝い(ホールでの料理の提供や皿洗い):休み
➂大島:カフェシヨルの手伝い
④大島ガイド
大島では1日3回大島の案内をするガイドの活動があります。
初めての人は、先輩ガイドさんの後ろでガイドを受けて、3回目にデビューをしています。
■集合時間
[高松港集合] 7時10分 / 大島で活動の場合:8時30分
■ 解散時間
[高松港] 18時00分～19時00分頃 (解散時間は島ごとに異なります。)

Artwork Reception
These activities include receiving visitors at art exhibits on each island of the Setouchi Triennale 2025.
Venues(Destinations)
[Meeting at Takamatsu Port]Megijima, Ogijima, Shodoshima, Oshima
■Activity Details
① Art Receptionist
・Checking visitors' Triennale passports for artwork viewing
・Collection of admission fees (cash only), providing guidance for visitors on islands
・Giving explanations, instructions and caution
② Activities at Shima Kitchen on Teshima (Serving food and Washing dishes)
➂ Activities at cafe SHIYORU on Oshima *Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays only
④Tour Guiding on Oshima (Japanese only)
■Meeting Time
[Meeting at Takamatsu Port] 7:10 Meeting at Shinji Ohmaki’s artwork (Takamatsu Port) / For activities on Oshima Island: 8:30 Meeting at Koebi Office
■ Dismissal Time
[Takamatsu Port] 18:00 – 18:30 (approx.) Dismissal

| 持ち物 |
□ 動きやすい服装:長袖・長ズボン・スニーカー
・ケガや虫刺されの予防として、短パン・半ズボンなど肌の露出の多い服は避けてください。
・サンダルやヒールはNG・必ず靴下を履いてきてください。
□ 昼食
□ 飲料(水分補給のため)
□ タオル
□ 帽子
□ 紫外線対策(日焼け止めなど)
□ 熱中症対策
□ 健康保険証
□ こえび名札(持っている方)

※島キッチンやカフェ・シヨルでの活動は、清潔感ある手元でお願いします (マニュキュア、爪の長さ等)。髪の長い方はまとめて来てください。

□ Clothes that are comfortable and appropriate for our activities:long sleeves, long pants, sneakers(No sandals or heeled shoes・You must wear socks)
□ Lunch
□ Drinks for hydration
□ Hat
□ Towel
□ UV Protection (sunscreen, etc.)
□ Health insurance card (To participants from overseas: please make sure that you have purchased travel insurance before coming)
□ Koebi name badge(if available)
*For activities at the Shima Kitchen and Cafe SHIYORU, please keep your hands clean (for example, please pay attention to your manicure and length of fingernails.) If you have long hair, please tie it up. |
