持ち物	□ 動きやすい服装:長袖・長ズボン・スニーカー・ケガや虫刺されの予防として、短パン・半ズボンなど肌の露出の多い服は避けてください。・サンダルやヒールはNG・必ず靴下を履いてきてください。 □ 飲料(水分補給のため) □ 昼食 □ タオル □ 帽子 □ 紫外線対策(日焼け止めなど) □ 熱中症対策 □ 健康保険証 □ こえび名札(持っている方) ーーーーー Things to bring □ Clothes that are comfortable and appropriate for our activities:long sleeves, long pants, sneakers(No sandals or heeled shoes・You must wear socks) □ Drinks for hydration □ Hat □ Towel □ UV Protection (sunscreen, etc.) □ Health insurance card (To participants from overseas: please make sure that you have purchased travel insurance before coming) □ Koebi name badge(if available)
